At 4AM on September 20th, Amelia took to stream to announce that on September 30th, she will be ending all of her general activities (Youtube, Social, Merchendising, etc.). In her stream, she has stated that this isn’t a graduation as she will still be affiliated with Cover Corp. / Hololive. After the stream, Hololive Production’s official “X” page released the official statement regarding Amelia Watson’s ending activities. Amelia would later make a statement that she will not be joining staff as many people began to speculate (and hope) she would end up as the new A-Chan for the EN talents.

Cover Corp. has posted details on the closing services of Amelia Watson on the official Hololive Productions website. In it, Cover Corp. states that they plan to continue selling merchandise and other items that are already on sale and that any future activities that involve Amelia will be announced through official social media and other channels.
Amelia Watson’s final day of activities is set for September 30, 2024. No info has been given if there will be a final grand stream of sorts as Cover Corp. tends to do for talents leaving on good terms like Minato Aqua & Tsukumo Sana.
