Hello everyone! This is MikuruX, founder and owner of Anime Toshokan Inc.

First off, I would like to welcome you all to the new Anime Toshokan Forums. As you can see (at the time of this posting), we are currently setting up the forums so that our community will have a place to leave messages for discussions or for the staff to look into. With this, we'll be setting a few basic and easy to follow rules for you all to abide by. Rules are meant to be followed and breaking the could either cause your account to be temporarily suspended or permanently banned. All rules are subject to change at any given time and we'll update you all when they do. Thank you.

:: BASIC RULES ::

1. Please stay on topic to whatever thread you are posting in. Banter is okay but if the conversation steers far off topic, a thread will be subjected to closing with little to no prior warning.
2. Racism, sexism, & other forms of discrimination are not allowed. Repeated offenders will be banned (No exceptions).
3. Debates are welcomed and can sometimes get a bit heated but don't let them turn into flame wars. Threads will be closed upon the moderation team or admins discretion.
4. Please don't take everything you read here too seriously. People come here to socialize in a calm & relaxing manner (we hope). If you get bent ouf of shape over something bothering you in a thread, step back and come back later or just ignore said posts.

:: COMMON SENSE RULES - WE ADVISE YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THESE AND FOLLOW THEM OR ELSE ::

1. No NSFW conent in any thread (ie: nudes, pornography, child porn, hentai, etc.). Could it get someone fired or in trouble? DON'T POST IT. This applies to discussions, links, and pictures. Doing so will result in a non-reversable permaban.
2. No spoilers of any kind unless it's in a specified thread. (You'll be warned before we issue out suspensions or possible timed or permabans).
3. No Spamming.....nuff said.
4. No advertising or self-promoting unless it's in a specified area.
5. No links or downloads of warez, roms, or music are allowed on this site. If we open a section for this, we'll let you know but until then, leave it in DMs if you're going to share stuff like that.
